Produced with Glera grapes from Vidor, the so called DOC Treviso area. Sparkling wine with very fine and persistent perlage, with green apple and citrus scents. On the palate, it is dry and harmonic. It is perfect as an aperitif. Ideal with fish, it goes well with hors d’oeuvers and throughout the meal, as used in the production area.
